We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with, when you return it to us in saleable condition, with all labels still attached, within 14 days of our dispatch in the case of returns by post.
You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
www.oliviaannabelle.com does not take responsibility for damage that occurs during the return process; please ensure that the goods are well protected when returned to us. www.oliviaannabelle.com is not able to accept responsibility for returns lost in transit and therefore we recommend all returns are sent by recorded/tracked delivery. It is advisable to obtain a proof of postage if using the Post Office.
After the 14 days after our dispatch we cannot offer a refund.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged or the wrong item was received. We cannot offer exchanges.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is in unsuitable condition, worn or stained.
Garments will only be fully refunded if they are returned in the same condition as received. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the tags intact and with the despatch note you received enclosed.
We strongly advise you take into account the measurements listed on our website to ensure you are not disappointed with the fit of the garments.
